Using Smart Nest

Smart Nest lets you browse homes and spaces, save the ones you like, and send enquiries to the companies that manage them. You must give true details and keep your sign-in private.

Listings and enquiries

Listings are provided by the property companies. Smart Nest does not own or guarantee them, and prices or availability can change. An enquiry is a request to be contacted; it is not a booking or an offer.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account. You can ask us to close it at any time. We may suspend accounts that are used to spam, harass others, or break the law.

Acceptable use

• Do not try to access other people's accounts or data.
• Do not send false, abusive or repeated enquiries.
• Do not scrape or overload the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. If the change is important we will tell you in the app before it applies.
