What we keep

When you create an account we keep your name, mobile number, and optionally your email. We also keep the homes you save, the searches you save, and the enquiries you send.

Why we keep it

• To let you sign in and see your saved homes.
• To send your enquiry to the company that manages that home.
• To text you about new homes that match a search you saved, and one-time sign-in codes.

Who sees it

Only the company you send an enquiry to sees that enquiry and the contact details you put in it. We do not sell your details. Service providers that send our text messages and emails process them on our behalf.

Your choices

You can edit your details, remove saved homes and searches, or ask us to delete your account and its data from your account page or by contacting us.

Keeping it safe

Sign-in codes expire quickly, passwords are stored hashed, and each company only sees its own residents and enquiries.
